Building the follow-through company.
We started Fora to give every ops lead, chief of staff, and founder a trustworthy way to see what changed, what needs attention, and who is on the hook—without resorting to spreadsheets or storing private content.
Our mission
Fora connects to Gmail, Slack, Google Drive, Calendar, and meeting transcripts to build a live knowledge graph of tasks you owe and ones you're waiting on. We obsess over trustworthy automation: respectful follow-ups, AMP briefs, and a conversational assistant that cites every answer.
Privacy and controls define the product. We never store raw content, enforce RLS across Postgres, and ship admin controls that let teams self-serve suppressions, delegations, and automations without filing a ticket.

Meet the team
Operators building for operators.
We are repeat founders, ops leaders, and product engineers who have lived the pain of tracking commitments across inboxes, docs, and chats.
We started Fora after running ops and chief-of-staff teams that were drowning in manual follow-ups. Reconciliation meetings, screenshot threads, and spreadsheets weren’t enough. We wanted an assistant that respected privacy, spoke in our tone, and understood how work actually happened.
That's why every connector, suppression control, and analytics view we ship is informed by real JTBD research across founders, program managers, and ICs. We document obsessively (see the public docs), invest in security before hype, and build on boring, reliable infrastructure that can live on Cloudflare Workers or in your private region.
