- Do you store my email, Slack, or Drive content?
- No. Fora is zero-retention: we store embeddings and metadata, never raw content. Source material is streamed, chunked for retrieval, and discarded immediately after processing. Every access is logged with tenant-scoped RLS.
- How does the 14-day trial work?
- Connect with Google Workspace SSO—no credit card required. You get the full Personal or Solo limits for 14 days, then choose a plan or export everything before the trial ends.
- Can I use Fora without Slack?
- Absolutely. Personal customers often start with Gmail + Calendar. Slack becomes available on Solo and higher, and you can add it later without losing history.
- What changes when I invite my team?
- Pro unlocks shared Pulse dashboards, dependency matrices, meeting packs, delegation controls, and round-robin follow-ups. Everyone still gets a personal queue synchronized with the sources they connected.
- What about compliance and enterprise rollout?
- Enterprise plans add SCIM, single-tenant pods, BYOK/CMEK, audit exports, and workspace automations. We share security docs, pen-test summaries, and onboarding playbooks through the trust center.
